- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at rayonismofficial@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and processing the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer store credit.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rayonismofficial@gmail.com with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
- We do not offer refunds. However, eligible items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
